A few things worth knowing before you get your estimate.
How much will a new roof cost?
It depends on the size of the roof, the pitch, the access and the material, which is why we don't guess prices over the phone. The estimate at the top of this page gives you a guide for your roof in about 20 seconds, and your exact price comes in writing once we've seen it.
What does "like-for-like" mean?
A quote for the same job, using the same materials and covering the same scope of work. If you've already got one, we'll beat it.
Will someone come out and look at the roof?
Yes. We come out and get up on the roof to see what's actually going on, not just what's visible from the ground. It's free, and there's no obligation.
Do I need a new roof, or will a repair do?
Often a repair is enough. We trace a leak to its real source first, and only recommend a bigger job when a repair genuinely won't hold.
Will the price change once the work starts?
No. You get a written, itemised quote before anything is booked in, and the price you agree is the price you pay. On a new roof, scaffolding and waste removal are included.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our work comes with a 10-year insurance backed guarantee, and exactly what's covered is set out in your written quote.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. The work is done by our own roofers, on our own books. That's a big part of why our prices come in lower.
How long does a new roof take?
Usually from several days to about a week, depending on the roof. Before the scaffolding comes down, we do a full walk-round with you.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Falkirk and work across Central Scotland, including Stirling, Grangemouth, Larbert, Polmont, Bo'ness, Denny, Bonnybridge, Linlithgow, Alloa, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Livingston, Bathgate, Whitburn, Cumbernauld, Airdrie, Coatbridge, Motherwell and Hamilton. There's no extra charge for distance within that area.
